Why do you need to dress your dog is silly outfits? If your dog doesn't want to be dressed so be it. It's not an issue that needs to be overcome.
well there are other dogs that are fine so i just wondering…. or maybe when raining its good to put rain coat ? or when walking out side during winter….
In Sydney, where winter temperatures average around 9c, most dogs, even those with short coats, don't need extra layers. Unless you're planning a walk at 3 AM in extreme conditions, a coat is unnecessary.
For rainy weather, if your dog dislikes wearing a raincoat, maybe adjust your walking schedule rather than forcing them into something they find uncomfortable. Forcing a dog to wear something they clearly dislike can cause unnecessary stress.

mine, she will froze, tail down, not moving when we put in leash.
But when she passes the door, all back to normal, tail up and happy walking sniffing.
Is this normal???
