@dahax77: around 30,000 people use the site a week. You can search for all continents for free for all fare classes for 365 days in advance for all fare classes on our explore page - I'm unaware of anyone giving this away for free.
emirates are known for having high fees though >.< but noticed they have the most reward availability on QFF
Don’t know how did you find 7x Emirates Business Class reward seat for 199,300. All I can see on Qantas’ website is 1 seat for 159,000 points plus $1944 in taxes for 12th March

You can’t book rewards flights with third party, you have to book via Qantas. And for the date they mentioned, it’s no way near the points stated above.

Just to even reitirate how bad this is you can frequently take SYD-BKK on QF for 68400 and BKK - HELSINKI / ROME or any other city on FINNAIR for 95k points so total of 165k points and only $250-300AUD in taxes
Emirates has crazy taxes. I know that route but you need to book on seperate tickets which are sometimes unavailable but that can be better.
You can just put it through a multi city booking and as per the Oneworld Baggage Interline agreement, all bags will be checked through to their final destination in Rome and all boarding cards can be printed in Sydney… Or just call 131211 and put it through with them…
As long as the connection is under 24 hours, it will ticket at the reward redemption of any ticket subject to routing and mileage.
Tbh you can’t really compare qf and Finnair to emirate. They are completely different ball game.

Not even taxes (mostly) - Emirates' crazy carrier charges at work. And the second leg is on Emirates' crappy 2-3-2 777 business class to boot.
Would need to be first class to make it worthwhile (and Emirates' first class is very worthwhile if you've got the points). 😊
