Not a ton of stock but fairly widely available. As a lot of stores showing only 1 or 2 in stock, it might be worth calling your store first.

To address some questions I have read below about Tstak vs Ozito Connect vs other brands etc, Dewalt Tstak has been around since 2005.

Tactix is a Bunnings own brand. Ozito Connect is an Einhell product renamed as Ozito, but you cannot buy any add on boxes or buy from anywhere else but Bunnings. You can however, buy a heap of different Tstak products from just about any tool shop at reasonable prices.

Pretty easy choice in my opinion, Especially at this price. Is it the best modular system on the market? I don't believe so. That would be Milwaukee Pack Out, But it is so expensive and definitely well above my meagre budget, lol.

Here is a list of everything else available in Tstak in ascending price from Sydney Tools. Prices should be pretty much the same elsewhere. https://sydneytools.com.au/category/by-brand/dewalt/dewalt-t…

Made a booboo when I first posted, Copied and pasted but didn't check first, lol. Saw it and fixed it at the same time as you posted :)

      • made a Bu Bu

    • Don't cry.It's fixed now.

McLaren edition hey? Same price as their strollers but you could fit a new born in that top case and get least one toddler in each of those larger cases!

      McLaren Formula 1 team.

      • +2

        wow! how McLaren have fallen.

From Ayrton Senna to cheap discounted boxes at Bunnings.

        • +2

Piastri is a future Australian world champion

        • I don't think it's the McLaren F1 team that makes this. DeWalt are a McLaren sponsor, and McLaren use DeWalt tools in their garage, they've just put the McLaren name on the toolbox.

  • It was this at sydney tools a week ago. I got bunnings to price beat to 134.10.

    • +8

Great, thanks for sharing, would have been nice if you did so last week.

  • Is there any organisation in the two big boxes? I don't have dewalt tools, but planning to use it as long as there's no bespoke compartments etc

    • +2

2 big boxes don't have any dividers or compartments. Just 2 big boxes. They do come with removable trays.

      • Does the larger bottom box come away from the trolley?

Saw one in Bunnings that was fixed on to the wheels (think the Ozito?).

  • Price matching Ozito connect set

    • Which one is the better option? Obviously dewalt is the better brand, but is there anything here on the ozito connect stuff

      • If the quality is 2x better, I'll get a set. Otherwise, I'm holding for the ozito set as I can wait.

      Actually price matching Sydney Tools,

  • +2

Seems to be $149 everywhere now - total tools, Sydney tools, etc.

    • +1

Yes it is, Sydney Tools started it all. They had it at $149 from about a week back but had no stock until yesterday, and even now its low stock in just 6 stores.

TKD followed with $149 but stopped the free delivery in one day overnight. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/896016

Total tools just dropped their price over last night. As did Bunnings.

  • Are you allowed to store ryobi tools in this or does that break a law

    • +1

Haha, I have no DeWALT tools, but 2 x Tstak sets. I Have Makita, Ozito and Ryobi tools. Pretty sure the boxes don't care, lol.

      • +5

        Thanks, grabbed one.

I'm planning to have everything McLaren in my garage eventually. Might need to win the lotto though

        Also I need a garage

Its okay, brand loyalty is stupid.

    • +1

The law says they are all made in China so go ahead.

    • You will be deemed an Outcast, shunned by every tradie tribe.

      • I'm actually now thinking of using this for lego parts storage

  • Anyone know how this compares to the other stackable systems out there, like the Ozito Connect or Tactix?

    • +1

Dewalt Tstak has been around since 2005. You can buy a heap of different Tstak products from just about any tool shop if you want to add to it.

Tactix is a Bunnings own brand. Ozito Connect is an Einhell product renamed as Ozito, but you cannot buy any add on boxes, or buy from anywhere else but Bunnings.

  • Thanks got one.

Got no time for messy tools in my closet :P
