  The 7 day period this comment is referring to is not a warranty period. 7 days is referring to the customer initiating contact if they've received a product and in the unlikely chance it is damaged, wrong size or the item is incorrect.
  
  We used to have a warranty period and have since enhanced our service by removing it as we no longer bound our support within a given warranty time period. Customer are always welcome to reach out for support.
