    Yeah good luck. That's a downgrade to what was offered before. Sounds like a tv that has known issues after the 12 month mark. You've spammed this tv in the past and still can't offload them fast enough.

    Rep rarely responds to legitimate concerns from previous deal posts. Posts adz and runs. Probably indicative of how bad their customer service is when things will go wrong

      I'd say that that's a major reason why Jb dumped them back in 2019? Horrible TV's with poor quality which gradually got worse and worse. After sales care wasn't very good either.

    Crappy company with crappy TV's.

    Purchased a new TV not long ago. Died after a few days. Returned it and waited around a month for a PayPal refund. NEVER again.

      The last one i bought was back in 2014 from Jb was a 75 inch 4k one i think which was around a grand back then.

      Brought it home and set it all up to have every issue under the sun. Lagging and freezing up. Audio cutting in and out. Picture flashing on and off. Then it simply died.

      After calling up Jb was told to bring it in and at first and told me they wanted to do a swap but had none in stock. After i said i don't want to wait and want a refund they price dropped a smaller but better first gen Hisense 4k tv 50 inch which i actually had for about 5 years before getting a TCL 6 series which i then sold off to get my current TCL 845 I've still got.

      But that's with Jb still selling and handling them for about 5 more years until they dumped them back in 2019.

        We had one Soniq TV back in around 2000. Was purchased in a Dick Smith physical store and i think it still works. We gave it away when we upgraded. After that everything Soniq we purchased was absolute rubbish. Even worse than Blaupunkt, EKO, and similar low cost brands at BigW

    I have 2 Soniqs from past deals. One smart and just usable, a bit of lag and slow down. For the price, 300-400 or so each I can recommend them.

    700 is a different proposition. I don’t think I’d spend that much for the experience you might get.
