Even $109 isnt enough to make me switch to Optus/AussieBB/Superloop/Swoop. Theyre all nearly identically priced. Hardly a comparison website.

do you know if you have to stay connected to the plan for 120 days to receive the cashback

      • Yes

      Yeah shit comparison site

  • App says confirmed in 120 days so that's 4 months. $67/month for 50/20 means $268 - $109 cashback = $159 / 4 months = $40/month. That's decent!

Be aware if an econnex rep calls you to "help" set it up. I lost $99 cashback due to this.

    • did you dispute it? my recent cashback was rejected as well. Econnex called me to confirm something after I signed up…

      • I tried, but Shopback offered no way to investigate or escalate. All they said was they cannot do anything because the rejection is by the vendor.

Calling to confirm something should be fine. My case is unique in that it was initiated by econnex. The first time I signed up, I cancelled the transaction due to some reason I no longer remember. Econnex said they will contact me again in a month and I agree.

Econnex got in touch in a month and I signed up via Shopback again (I believe). This was the flaw I think, because the second sign up may be classified as econnex-initiated and not Shopback.
