  Genuine question. I notice that sometimes the take away discount is a bit more than dine in. My question is if we book for take away, but we dine in, will we still get the take away discount ?

    I’ve thought the same and I assume so depending on how the till is set up, eg I recently dined in at a hole in the wall cafe and I just paid and afterwards he asked me if I wanted it to go

    I thought for takeaway option you had to choose what you're getting and pay in app?

    No you can't because when you use takeaway you have to place the order in the app straight away.
    You can use it the opposite way though - lock a dine in and ask for it takeaway, since it's an anonymous payment
