  If said it again and ill keep saying it, never buy Dreame.
  - Terrible Customer Service
  - App is shite to use
  - AMEX had to step in when I asked for a refund after they told me to cover the sensors with tape because it doesnt perform well on dark tiles.
  - asked me to upload photos and then videos of it not performing to a website that you had to purchase online storage for.

    The region lock incident that happened to a lot of Ozbargainers who purchased the unit from an Australian reseller for the W10 model a couple of years back was pretty nasty as well.

    Lot of bricked units out there.

    The customer service stuff is concerning, but the Dreame app is widely renowned for being one of the very best along with the Roborock one.
