It won't track, don't bother unless you feel like mucking around with support. I'm on the record saying you need to record it, look at the last several threads.
I even record me showing private DNS is off, wifi is off, etc etc. Still doesn't work.

I'm just waiting for tomorrow to report my cashback fail from the last bonus along with the recording

I'm on a Pixel 9 Pro XL, idk what the situation is like on iOS

  mine didn't track on pixel phone, so i went back to pc as usual with no problems
  
  wasn't sure whether westpac side of cashback would track on desktop as there is no button specifically for it but it worked
  
  i don't think was necessary but i launched ebay via shopback mobile app but didn't do anything else, then used shopback extension for chrome on pc in its own dedicated browser lowers risk of anything else messing with the tracking

    Personally I have had no issues with eBay tracking, but if the votes and comments are anything to go by it has become a serious issue.

  Yep same here, three of my most recent Shopback orders haven't tracked. I made missing Cashback claims for two of them a week ago, and no response yet. So they must be getting slammed from missing claims. I try to avoid Shopback lately, but CR isn't much better recently. TCB is my number one for reliability and service

My last ebay purchase with upsized Shopback + Westpac bonus didn't track as well, but i contacted support and they rectified it fine, just make sure you dont forget to watch out for it, cause they only seem to have tracking issues for me during these big promos, never any issues tracking on regular cashbacks.

    Shop back screwed themselves by dropping their customer service to almost zero. They have no user base anymore. It's going to take them so long to fix the damage, but frankly I doubt they've got the balls to do it
