I can get it right now for $1704 though if there are still active codes I can further reduce that.

If you wanna get Samsung or Pixel flagship phones the only time to buy is during pre-order to get the best deal. Unless you really need a phone now, better wait for next Galaxy Fold/Flip or Pixel 10(Pro) later this year.
But like mentioned above, the cheapest to get now is probably from FB marketplace most of them are probably bought through Samsung Online or JBhifi just ask for the receipt. FYI, even if they are selling for $1400 they are still profiting $500++, you could lowball them I'm sure one of them will let go of their S25U for smaller profit.
How desperate are you to buy now? I suggest you subscribe to S25 Ultra product page so you can get notifications for any deals on S25 Ultra and go from there.
