I managed to get HN to price match but stock was gone by the time I tried to claim via their email

  If anyone wants this tv, this would be your last chance! I managed to get it for $2100 in October but that was sheer luck, this is the best price you will get id say.

      New models being rolled out soon. The model numbers i'd have to check once home but a quick look at the specs provided in the TCL portal showed them with worse specs on paper so who knows. Maybe they're going the way of Hisense and dropping their crap stuff in Aus for whatever reason and piggy backing off the good name in the US.

      As mentioned, every year around april the new models come out. I was told when i had mine delivered in January they were already pushing it for stock of that model.

    @footyfreak22 - C7 range is still really good value for the money, just not as good as the C855 series, which is why it's cheaper.

    Whether it's worth it or not depends on what you watch and if you'll be able to notice the difference.

        @mandelbrot - Says available for delivery, but when I put a postcode in, it says it’s not available. I’ve tried every capital city postcode.
