    Can also wait for the periodic $20/year offers too. I really don't know how OnePass can be profitable… Free delivery on so many things, even at $1 each.

      Probably loses money in the short term with the goal of locking people into 'loyalty'.

      I'm sure lots of people sign up and barely use it also.

        I guess so. I was always against yet another subscription beyond Prime, but wanted an item not available locally from Kmart and they wanted $10 delivery. Signed up to the $20 OnePass offer to get it delivered 'free' and have since ordered everything from Bunnings charcoal bag to Kmart knick-knacks to even $4 coin batteries. Saved tons of time and petrol going to grab them myself, though most items aren't available at my local stores in the first place.

          Maybe the free delivery is making us buy more than we normally would have which might be making up for the OnePass delivery charges

      1) The % of people who don't use it fully would help with profitability
      2) Its designed to compete with Amazon and to make sure that Amazon doesn't wipe them out - ie its part of a larger strategy.

      • I don't think it compares with Prime. Not only are the product ranges quite different, orders take a week to arrive or more compared to same/next day delivery and self-returns aren't as slick. Will always prefer ordering from Amazon in the first instance.

          My orders all arrive within 3 days, sometimes the next day.

    Could just wait for when OnePass annual is reduced to $20 or when there's a flybuys offer.

    Or just pay $40 and get $15 worth of fleabuys points

  • This probably is the death knell of $20pa subscriptions. They'll struggle at $40pa (or $30 factoring in gift voucher which, ironically, is in-store only).

    • With Catch soon closing for good, OnePass will lose one of its main selling points

    @Mods add to referral system?

  • Can anyone else not find a referral link in their OnePass account?

    • I don’t have it. But my sub ends in June and have not renewed.

    • None for me too - but I only signed up this week

    • Yes.

  • I think I paid $12 for the year during a sale last year.
