Recently made the switch to Iinet
I am unable to switch on RCS chats in default messaging settings
Using pixel 9pro XL,carrier services app,beta messaging app from Google
It's stuck in setting up stage
Any ideas/thoughts?

Try disabling RCS for your phone number from googles server: https://messages.google.com/disable-chat.
Before you do that, disable RCS in your phone. If you don't get a verification code, it means it was already disabled.
