Hello, anyone used VIP Cars before to book a car?
I did a quick search for 5 days and it is giving me a price of $107, when I do a search on the Hertz website the lowest I can find is $600.

Sorry for the confusion, you are correct it is a search engine - the company it hires from is 'yesaway'
In relation to the Hertz comparison, I should clarify further that I did not find Hertz on the VIP Cars website, I simply went on the direct website of Hertz to also get a quote. So I'm basically comparing 'yesway' via VIP Cars with 'Hertz' directly on their website, I'm just shocked at the price difference!
I know 'Hertz' generally charge higher fee's but didn't expect 6x cost.

Seems like you should be asking for experiences about 'Yesaway' then. A quick look on their Auckland branch images shows relatively older fleet of cars so there's likely a difference there. No doubt an international car rental chain will cost considerably more than a local one.
Isn't yesaway just another aggregator?

Did you get a full quote with insurance etc?
5 days car hire for $107, you're dreaming.
Could Be possible, I’d dread to think what hidden charges and fees are…. Or the fact your $107 rents you a matchbox car for 5 days ;-)

VIP Cars is a search engine middle-man for other rental companies. Did it show you the same car class and Hertz rental location with that much of a cost difference?
