The Flesh God - Launch trailer

The Flesh God - Game Description:

The Flesh God is a hardcore action platformer where you shoot a massive gun to fly through deadly levels infested with mutant flesh.

You shoot, everything flies
The Earth has been devoured by a massive mass of meat and you are the one left to defeat it. Run and shoot to survive and kill your enemies in this action-packed game. Shoot down to fly up, shoot left to dash right. You are the gunner.

One tool – multiple uses
You have your gun, and that’s all you need.
Shoot to launch yourself across the level, shoot to kill your enemies and shoot to live another day. The gun is used to convey all the movement and action through easy to learn but hard to master controls.

Deadly platforming levels
As you progress in the game, your gun will upgrade with more shots, which will allow you to perform amazing acrobatics to beat the 40+ short-but-intense levels.
Shoot your way around, dodge bullets, tongues and teeth, and just when you think you’re safe, a truck-sized monster appears running to eat you. When that happens, leave the controller alone, take a walk, talk to some friends, think about your life choices… Then you'll be ready to try again.

Global Rankings
Run and shoot faster than the rest of your friends to be the king of the level. Push harder and find the quickest way around a level to become the fastest of the world.

Dark and twisted world
Who are you?
Why are you fighting?
Pray to The Flesh God and try to find all the pills of each world to unlock your dreams and learn the truth.

Final Release for Tome of Fates - Free to play ! (Steam news update, February 10 2025)

Hello everyone,

Until then, the game remains available for purchase, and once Steam updates the listing, it will officially be free for everyone to enjoy.

What’s Next?
I’ll be actively supporting the game, answering questions, and helping with any technical issues—both here on the Steam forums and in our Discord community.

Thank you for being part of this journey!

Is there a tag I can block deals for to get rid of these posts about games going free to play?
If not, could the mods please add it.

I don't want to block games that are temporarily free to play. But I'm not really interested in the ones that are `now permanently free to play.

    No offence meant OP :)

Maybe we need a "paid to free" tag

      • +2

Something along those lines would be great.
Maybe "free forever" or something to indicate that it is now permanently free. Rather than the games that go free for a few days/weeks and are back to paid after that period.

It depends on how you are browsing… Or have subscribed to OZB news letter lists?

When posting games, there is a suggestion template that pops up and presented is list of 5-7 examples of previous game posts. But no tag examples. The tag area could improved.
As a poster, it can be confusing, for example Steam lists Flesh God as Free To Play. But previously had a cost. Hence Paid to Free (P2F)?.
Game posters need extra time and need to check web tools to avoid confusion, but there still is some confusion on the correct formatting. Especially when your brainwashed, FREE IS FREE!, FREE!. It's free how could you complain, One for the shame list, Added and won't play, etc.

Long running is free for a long time. No guarantee it will be free forever.

Isn't that what the "long running" means?

Eh? You were talking about how to differentiate between "temporarily" and "permanently", so I was making a suggestion. As others have mentioned I have no idea how you are browsing, for example I usually skip over expired deal but I still like them to come up because I want to see what I missed out on so the red expired label is useful for that.
