No sign of cash back, no response from Cashrewards…gonna cancel ExpressVPN. :-(

Mine hasn’t tracked either. Will cancel in a week or 2.

Some are mentioning on here to accept cookies. I didn’t get the message going through the cashrewards app.
But I do get the message if I use a browser to log in cashrewards.

For the ones that didn’t track , did you get the cookie message to accept ?

    • Nope. Think I was in incognito mode so none of my plug-ins impacted the tracking. Fail!

Never tracked. Cancelled and got my money back.

  • Manually tracked now….

I’m happy to help you out with this and I have now manually added the transaction for ExpressVPN to your Cashrewards account.

Sit back and relax, there is nothing more you need to do for now. The transaction will show as pending while the store confirms your eligibility for cashback. It can take 30-90 days and yes, I know this is a long time to wait!

Still cost me $38.87AUD over the 28 months I have it. Not too bad.

    • What did you provide to Cashrewards for them to manually track it?

      • +1

Just logged a claim via the "click history".

        • Gotcha. Did the same and provided the bank transaction/communication with ExpressVPN. Should be enough.

          • @Barry off EastEnders: Cashrewards just need the order confirmation.

            • @boxall: The 'order number' field was the only one I left as 'N/A' because I didn't know what to include in that field.

What did you enter for that one?

(Still waiting on a response unfortunately)

@Barry off EastEnders: Think I got the invoice off the ExpressVPN web site.

                • @boxall: Got it done, it was easy - they just asked for a few basic details. Once provided, it tracked the next day.

                  Cheers for the tips mate.

        • How long does it take for them to respond? I've logged a claim via click history about 5 days ago but haven't heard back yet.

On their email they say "We sincerely apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience as we work through a high volume of enquiries. Rest assured, a member of our team will be in touch within 25 business days regarding your purchase. "

Definitely can't wait 25 days as that would go pass the 30day cancel period.

          • @muddrex: Not sure. I responded to the initial email and did get a response.

            • @boxall: Thanks, looks like replying to the email that they said "do not reply to this email" works.

But then again, still need to wait until after the cooloff period (of ExpressVPN) because it can be approved. But at least it is now seen as being tracked and pending.

  • Mine didn't track either. But why are you guys freaking out and cancelling/contacting ExpressVPN to cancel, rather than going to CashRewards and saying oi give me my bloody CR! Submit a claim..? That's what I'm doing.

    • I am waiting but never really trust it to come through. Big chunk of $$$$ if it doesn’t.

Been testing ExprssVPN and it seems to block bing or bing blocks vpns. Not sure.
