I am having awful experience with TCB!!
They have not tracked my TEMU cash back and now allowing access to the account.
Says to enter mobile numbers and then ask me to raise a ticket.
I have quite a few. No response.
Any number I can call?
Any option to complain?
I am starting to post and shame them on social media but this may not help..hopefully would deter few people falling in the trap..
Any advice welcome

No. Just because one cashback doesn't track doesn't mean you can do that
