TopCashback AU - Feedback and Help

Hi Guys

I am having awful experience with TCB!!
They have not tracked my TEMU cash back and now allowing access to the account.
Says to enter mobile numbers and then ask me to raise a ticket.

I have quite a few. No response.

Any number I can call?

Any option to complain?

I am starting to post and shame them on social media but this may not help..hopefully would deter few people falling in the trap..

Any advice welcome

    No. Just because one cashback doesn't track doesn't mean you can do that

      Most people once they have a negative experience with a cashback app will do the same at end of day. You see the same with SB and CR here.

      Whether it makes sense is a different story but saying they're outright not allowed is a bit silly.

    Do you have multiple accounts with different phone numbers?

    • Nopes.
      One is my account which is separate to my partner account.

    The only time you’re asked to enter a mobile number is when you’ve been flagged for having multiple accounts. The only time you can’t log in when asked to enter a mobile number is when you’ve used that same number on other accounts.

      Its not mutiple accounts. One for me and with my number and one for my partner and her number.
      I am sure this should be allowed..

            So it must be a software glitch at the backend of TCB.

    Its my new experience with TCB, AU. Have used the site a lot in UK though.

    They are trying to help me. For starters, the account 'entry' has been sorted.
    We have lodged the claim for missing cashback which they are investigating and are confident they shall be able to help
