Deared wine,
cheaper points.
Cheaper still for Points Club Plus members.
Other options here.
Agree with this one. 2c per point isn't much of a deal, considering most people will try to offload before July changes kick in
What’s happening in July?
Apocalypse
Interesting, I'm a Points Club Member and I don't seem to be offered the discounted price.
neither
I assume they mean with a $50 wine voucher?
not seeing it either otherwise
yeah I suspect that's what OP means. Clear as mud
Thanks, that was it in my case.
10% discount on Qantas wine is only offerred to Points Club Plus. OP should clarify.
PC+, not PC
its a Points Club Plus (+), not points club
Yeah, but if you are a PC+, you get 10% off, which is what I assume OP meant
Bear in mind that alot of these wines have inflated RRPs, or able to be purchased at discount elsewhere.
This is a really bad batch for that, with Reschke, Ulithorne and Schild Estate constantly being on sale. I bought 2022 version of that Chalk Hill wine for $20 a bottle last year, Qantas price it at $100.
I have a real soft spot for the Tahbilk Marsanne though. But easier to just head to Dans and grab a bottle.
Yep totally. I bought the 2012 RSR for about $23 a bottle. I also bought the Chalk Hill wine for $20 from Skye.
Ulithorne and Schild are CW Wines "RRP"
Makes it less of a deal really.
i think you also get 2x-3x per $ spend in Qantas points as well - so an additional 1000-1500 points
just gotta start drinking more wine
Not a super deal.
PC+ $459 = 1.84c per point
No PC+ $510 = 2.04c per point
For reference, wine deals that pop off are between 1.04 and 1.50c per point.
Thanks for keeping an eye out though!!
