  • Throw this on a pizza. Molto bene

If you keep posting every month then it's more like just using OzB for free adz than an actual bargain.

Not really what a community website for sharing bargains is meant for.

Still way cheaper at Costco and on Amazon too

    Bullshitboi*

  • O'Pista Pistachio! Go McLaren!

  • Its called PISTACHIO paste but more than 50% of it is NOT PISTACHIOS. That's nuts! Whey is there whey protein and milk in PISTACHIO paste?

    • +1

BS right! It’s like how almond milk can get away with being called such despite containing only 4% almonds

    • Do you neg Nutella for doing the same??

      • If Nutella posted a deal here with the title "Hazelnut Spread" then i would because that's misleading!

But it is hazelnut spread. Even says it on there…

I LOVE pistachio spread- The Pisti brand one especially. So when I noticed the ingredients for this looked similar I had a feeling to compare the two. Exact match. Same nutrition label info, same allergens, same ingredients. Have a look yourselves(shop.pisti.it) . Should be ashamed.

    • This is terrible. Repackaging Costco Pisti for sale with no guarantee on food safety.

  • Expensive. I got 600g of pistachio spread from Costco for like $16 last time.

    • +3

this is literally the Costco one repackaged at a premium

LMAO you're right. They literally copy and pasted the ingredients list with no edits whatsoever hahaha. That's actually hilarious. Shame on them.

        • +1

Wow that’s shockingly bad. OP looks to have taken the website down altogether now lol

EDIT: Site is back up but still… lol

          • +2

@Mike Nolan: I'm assuming they import the Pisti brand spread in the 1kg quantities and repackage it into their custom glass jars. I would hold significant concerns about whether any food safety standards are even maintained and if the expiry date is legitimate.

edit: their about section on the website is literally GPT written and their business address is a small apartment in Sydney. Sus as

        Excellent defective work there 😂

        • +2

I meant to write detective but it accidentally autocorrected to defective, but it still works 😂

  • OP has gone missing 😂

It says they are online now. But I think they have receded into the bushes like Homer Simpson.
