Has anybody had to use JB Extra Care to get their Samsung Galaxy repaired or replaced? How would you rate and share your experience?
For people that tried both JB Extra Care and Samsung Care. Which one is a better option? Thanks!

What is reasonable length to last for a samsung ultra bought brand new?
Also would buying on sale affect the reasonable length compared to buying full price

My Flip 5 was dropped a few too many times, and the bottom half started to fail. I contacted Samsung, and paid for an Advance Replacement ($299) which arrived less than 24 hours later. As I use this for work, I didn't want to send it away and have to use another phone etc, which will be a trip to Sydney, and back. Whole process will take a week?
AS I work in hospitality the Flip is IDEAL, small, lightweight etc.I also have a Fold 4 and I dropped it too many times as well. I wish I had Samsung Care on that. ;) It still works but the screen is @ $700 to replace.
looks like an extended warranty with a couple of dubious extras added on.
Waste of money/time personally.
Australian consumer law would cover you for most of the benefits they list.
