What proof is there that this wine really is worth $110 per bottle? Do we just have to take your word for it? Sounds too good to be true….

    • The labelled wine is sold for $110 direct from the producer, and we have secured some stock due a bottling over run (ie they ran out of labels at bottling).

The wine comes in branded boxes and screw caps

      • Trying to narrow it down…did Wine Front rate it 93 points?

        • well spotted

        • Message me the brand if you can

        • Would you mind messaging me what it is too, thanks.

        • Would like to know your guess too mate. Thanks

      • Ran out of labels? Maybe not good at number (or rrp)

having purchased a similar offer from the same company last year, I am comfortable saying that it is in no way close to the quality of a wine of the claimed $ value if you buy from a standard bottleshop. You will find listings of the bottles being sold at the WAY over inflated pricing through reputable websites but it being a 3rd party supplier (so they choose their own price).

What I had was comparable in quality to the regularly available bottles/brands from Dan Murphys/liquorland etc at the same as the "deal" price paid. EG you will get just as good a bottle at this deals $15 price tag.

Certainly not my experience - I've bought 4 deals from Dozen Deals and each one has been a real pleasure to drink. Note that compared to a $20 bottle from Dans you might need to decanter it and let it sit for an hour to open up - the taste changes a lot after this and when I've done it each of the bottles I've opened have been much enjoyed by all involved.

  • thanks bought 2 dozens, these dozen deals have been far better than local $15 reds so still worth it.

  • You know a wine is good when they sell on Kogan/Dick Smith

  • Ivyburn Aldersey McLaren Vale Shiraz 2021?

  • @OP do you ever do Pinot Noir dozens? Also, an other Barossa deals? The one you posted in the thread in the last offer was mint. Thank you
