It was not due to stock as they had plenty. Some stupid "security reasons".

@BargainsGrabber: Yeah very bullshit lmao. Made like 100 orders and most got auto-cancelled due to security concerns/fraud. It sure isn't stock issues because I might get blocked for a day then suddenly a few transactions would go through (same item) then I'd get blocked again. Heaps of people with this issue.
@I Smell Pennies: Hi mate, I eventually solved the same issue = traffic routing analysis and the payment verify / risk scoring they are using is extremely strict, and severe to any indication of manipulating your device location. You'll need to keep clear of anything like VPNs, proxies, relays etc, and maybe even wild CGNAT ip reallocations. I had some very generic unhelpful catch chat responses but eventually someone kindly gave enough of an indirect clue that I could solve it. No trouble since then (they reset whatever auto-cancel) and I stuck with a device without any vpn etc. Since then their payment processor risk review hasnt had any issues with my purchases.
@xwx: I never use VPN. It was crazy because at times it would only work on a specific device, but eventually that device would not work either. And it was up and down. Cheap products would go through but anything expensive >$80 or so gets cancelled.
@I Smell Pennies: Yep, was all over the shop for me also. After 12hrs got 1 order through, then back to complete bans. One of my ban runs may have been a vpn, the other I suspect was a reset from cgnat, and I had dual ISP running at home for a while, so my traffic would take inconsistent routing during a login. No issues anymore since I stuck with 1 device on constant path.
@I Smell Pennies: Having the same problem over and over again. Have to keep calling them and waiting 24hrs for it to be fixed. Not using a vpn. Makes no difference if I use my phone on WiFi or mobile network
I made 10 orders this month with Catch and none were cancelled.
There was a pricing error with a marketplace seller and orders were cancelled.
i was sent a completely different order but im not complaining. i ordered a $12 dish rack and recieved a $200 steam mop :D
This is the kind of net positive sloppiness I'm hoping for in the final weeks.
