        Also, I'm not sure if it's placebo but I noticed bugs do not swarm when when I have a red light compared to a white/yellow light

          Could be, since the spectrum is different (you’ll notice red doesn’t seem as ‘bright’ as a normal white like warm or day white)

      I've heard of the theory that says your eyes will recover quicker for seeing in the dark without the torch if the light from the torch is red.

      But I think its more likely included for people doing nocturnal animal seeing

      Yeah you really gotta get the headband fitted and tightened well, or else the weight will sag around your head

        Yeah I prefer 18650 for headlamps. Prefer 21700 size and bigger torches for handheld.
