          Some cookware you can run it through a dishwasher. Not this one. E.g. my Tefal Ingenio cookware is dishwasher safe.

          So not a preference in this case.

  I would have been all over this a year ago but greenpan have stopped disclosing tests and chemicals used in their coating. If you're looking at these because you're concerned about pfas, et al, there's suspicion they use some kind of polyfluro bond to hold the ceramic to the base.

    All ceramic coatings have colour. Depends on the minerals used to create it as well as any additional colourings.

    These reviews are from people who wanted a pfas like non stick without the pfas. Ceramic will never compete with pfas but it does provide a non stick surface if you know what you're doing. I wouldn't purchase them now because they're not being clear about the chemicals they're using (have in the past).

      I wonder if the ppl in the reviews are over heating their pans, however ‘Fiona’ writes:

      “ They have a serious design flaw as the bases get hot they then transfer the heat to a local spot. Then everytime you cook it heats up those spots again more so and cause the lining of the pan to defect and grab”

      Also the product description on catch says no PFAS PFOA, do you reckon this is BS?
