eBay Purchase from Germany Any Codes?

Just purchased an item from eBay.de and forgot that gst is added to the cost of item which is a killer these days that’s probably why I don’t use it as much these days and only here on au ebay instead.
But anybody got ways to reduce the costs any working German eBay codes that might reduce my price a bit or if I purchase eBay gift card’s from Australia will they work with the German site.
I did buy it through my au eBay and we yet to confirm shipping etc, only thing with eBay gift cards if something went wrong or item turned out not to be as seller show etc then I’m left with a lot of eBay gift cards.
Ideally a working code to use would be idea not sure if needs to be aus code or Germany code but maybe these don’t show up these days.
