Thanks OP these are so good! OOS from my local woolies
Just FYI the tropical and pineapple flavours have tartrazine in them. It's banned in many countries and will likely be banned in the USA soon because it has been proven to be really bad for your health. You've been warned: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_OjKe4BuDE
Thanks. Might have to grab the Apple/Berry ones from Woolworths instead, unfortunately that variety isn't on Amazon.
You should really remove the "No artificial colours" part of your post. It's incorrect.
Done. I think that is an error by Amazon, as the pack only says no artificial flavours.
Thanks @Tythefly86 for enlightening me; I had no idea these colours were so dangerous. I am normally fairly careful with ingredients are in my food, but I always thought food colouring was a fairly safe bet. I guess not.
My pleasure. Most food colouring is made from petroleum type products and are dodgy imo. Here's a good source for this product: https://additivefreelifestyle.com/quelch/
I used to eat this sort of stuff all the time. A few years ago I started having a few health issues and discovered a pituitary adenoma during investigation of the onset of tinnitus. I decided to cut out anything in my diet that wasn't whole foods and could be at risk of growing tumours. I only shop around the outside of the supermarket now. If you go down those isles, you'll inevitably purchase processed crap that isn't real food. The only exception is the toilet paper isle because I still need that, even with a bidet lol.
Ultimately the government is lost to corruption, they serve big corporations now, not the public, and they couldn't care less about your health when big food will pay them to let it slide. It's the same with pharmaceuticals. I trust processed food about as much as I trust that trash covid jab where they said it will stop transmission and protect you and the elderly lmao. Fauci got that shit 3 times haha. Absolutely useless. What's he need a pardon for if he did nothing wrong? The government is lost. Only trust yourself. https://x.com/wideawake_media/status/1842498858405810599
Never forget! I wish people would vote the corrupt scum out and give One nation or People First a go. Flip flopping from labour to Liberal is killing this country.

oh yeah I completely agree with a lot of what you say here. The Mrs is pretty picky with our ingredients we buy and we ultimately try to eat as much of whole foods as possible. Processed “food,” if you can even call it food, is so bad for you and is part of the reason we as a society have so many health issues these days.
agreed about the politics here too, you’re preaching to the choir. I’ve been saying for years that we need politicians without connections or money so that they can work for the greater good of everyone instead of whoever gives them the most kickbacks. If they really cared about the Australian people, they’d cut back on our immigration numbers so the average Joe can afford a house. But nope, they don’t give a shit. Why would you, when you already have 15 properties? Why would you abolish negative gearing when it helps you personally? The whole thing is so wrong.
We need our own Trump-style politician to shake things up here in Australia. I think Trump is just as corrupt as the last bloke, but at least he’s doing some good and isn’t afraid to go against the flow, which is a start in the right direction.
What is the ATL @hamza23?
