Just a high end phone (lots of options)
or a Phablet (5 inch or higher?)

The new LG Optimus 4X HD Cheap and the reviews are very good.

HTC One X and Motorola Droid Razr are also choices. Personally I'd either go for the Nexus 4 for most bang-for buck.
