Call Merging Issue with iOS18

Anyone with this issue and have you managed to resolve it?

Call merging on my iPhone 12 Pro Max was working fine until I upgraded to iOS18. No joy after reset network settings and disable Wi-Fi calling. So frustrating as I need to hold 3-way calls for work.
