A debit card with decent benefits, but appears to be invite only? Does anyone know how to get or have one already?

@bpres43 This card is similar to NAB Platinum Visa Debit card which has the benefit of 1% cashback, so you recover your $10/mo fee but it does not offer complimentary lounge access. Worth considering. You can even sign up for just a couple of months and close off the account once done.
I go down on my knees & beg for one, at one of their branch (won't name it, in case of influx of beggars).
The branches don't know about them, I wanted to make a teller withdrawal, and she said "you need to goto an atm to withdraw cash as a cash advance" I looked at her and said its a debit master card……………..
I've had this invite only since 2019; it only got a $10 fee in Oct 2023.
I complained to my mate Matthew Comyn and got 12 months waived ($120 credit)
I've kept paying for it. If I didn't, a single transaction on my platinum debit MasterCard would charge me the overseas transaction fee, which would be more than the $10 fee.
i could move to many other banks that give me fee-free overseas transactions but I really cbf.
plus it's easy when I travel, with no transaction fees, lounge access.hahaha nice write up. I had a chuckle.
