Got it for $67 with TGG price beat. Used a $20 concierge coupon for a grant total of $47.

    • Where did you get the $20 discount coupon?

      • +1

You need to be a concierge member. You get 3x$20 vouchers per year.

That’s what I did well done

Could you share your invoice please? TGG refusing to price beat ebay. How do you do it?

      • +1

i got the same deny. A receipt would be great

        • Did you try online chat? I think I have used ebay in the past but no luck this time

      • Ok so i bought this on Sunday when the watch was half price at most retailers. It has since gone up to full price, in which case, this deal might be the best option.

        • They had no care that it was cheaper last week, oh well.

          • @the_brewer: The price is virtually the same. What helped was that i had a $20 VOUCHER. with this deals its only 50c more. Pretty awesome at this proce to have a smart watch with AMILED screen.

            • @Sphynx: Do you mind sharing your invoice please. TGG said they would price match from that and I also have a $20 voucher I would like to use. Thanks

Have the fixed the compatibility with pairing to an iPhone/IOS yet?

What a shame they’ve excluded the Apple user base.

Revenge for iJail dictatorship ;) Do Apple gadgets normally work with the rest (>80% of the world)?

  • +3

Does this work for notifications besides SMS and Calls like emails, MS teams, whatsapp etc

    • +4

Yes to all. You can turn on and off notifications for each app in the Wearables app. (I have a Samsung S21, if that matters)

  • Anyone able to comment on the heart rate tracking while swimming? Will it yield accurate data during rest by itself or do you still need an irritating polar band like back in the day?

  • Bought from Ebay, thanks OP

  • Be minded that this one doesn't work with Apple device.

    • +3

Avoid Apple device$$ & you will be happier & FREE ;)

Also should avoid Samsung device$$ & you will be happier and FREE

In fact, steer clear of all overpriced name brand phones and devices.

  • Bought from Ebay, thanks OP

better or worse than a xiaomi band?

    • -1

I switched to similar Amazfit band 7 $45 special 1.5y ago (& Fit3 to test with my S23U). Xiaomi/Amazfit has better water proof vs resistance & larger battery <18d vs <13days friendlier with iOS & Alexa assistant.
Fit3 is friendlier with Samsung integration.

    • I prefer this and have being using Mibands since vr2, but now coming from only a Miband 6. It's more comfortable, slimmer and easier to read compared to Miband. I have a Samsung phone so works really well for notifications etc. I like Mibands so not saying they are bad but definitely prefer Fit3.

    Quick review.

TLDR: it's an excellent "commuter" smart watch.

Had this for 2 weeks and wore it all the time, except for showers and dips in the pool. It's quite light and silm, compared to any Apple Watch (IMO), which makes it ideal for tracking sleep (or lack thereof).

I call this a commuter watch as it's missing 3 key features. If these don't bother you, it works great for telling the time and mirroring notifications from your phone by vibration. It's also neat for having media controls and remotely take pictures with a dedicated shutter button.

    • No NFC, meaning you can't make Paywave payments at the till.
    • No LTE (or cellular), can't make phones calls directly from the watch.
    • No GPS built in, can't ditch the phone at home and track your distance when you go for a run.

great review and for $67.50 i can't ask for more. But for the RRP you still cant expect much.
Those 3 issues are not often seen on lower end devices

  • Great little watch for the price. I've had one for about a week. It's lightweight and comfortable, does all the health and sleep tracking stuff, gives you notifications and media controls, and I haven't had to charge it yet.

  • Looks like I need to set an alert for this watch. I only want a notification machine on my wrist that lasts for days and this seems to do the trick perfectly.

  • For what it's worth, it's a decent watch.

It doesn't integrate with Strava very well if you're using it to track activities, because it doesn't have the GPS tracking (which Strava requires). There's a very cheap app that pushes activity from Samsung health to Strava called "Health Sync".

Battery life is great and it's lite weight.
