Cashback terms and exclusions

  • You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.
  • Any orders that are made from outside Australia or that are perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie using a VPN) are ineligible for cashback. This is at the sole discretion of TEMU (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on the portion of orders paid with TEMU credit or vouchers.
  • New customer rates & offers are limited to one (1) cashback per member.
  • Accepting a TEMU best price adjustment after your order has tracked will affect your reported cashback, and in some cases will reduce it significantly or be declined. Please do so at your own discretion. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.

    Comments from the last deal suggest that tracking is still spotty, so use with care.

      Yep, Temu is the one I can rely on to be unreliable.

      Mine didn't track from the 50%, had to wait the 7 days so I could submit a claim for each individual damn item…

      On the plus side, TCB has come through when I've had to submit claims for Temu in the past. Can't say the same for the others.

    • Yes, mine also didn't track on the last large one … owed over $40 in cashback that didn't track despite carefully and methodically following the instructions

      • They have actually approved this now and deposited it straight away - so I actually ended up being able to pay it out faster than the one that tracked!!

      All mine tracking fine since doing this, probably closing in on a dozen orders now. I close all apps first. Then Android APP on mobile internet through to Temu mobile website.

      My recent order didn't track either where they had 50% cashback. To make it more annoying, you actually have to lodge 'missing cashabck claim' for every single item of that order. Good luck if you had 10s of items in your order.

    • I use my 2nd phone to take photos of the cart, remove then individually search again 😭 then I can see if I have the lowest price as sometimes the listing's gets all mixed

    I'm done with topcashback. Nothing tracks from temu and I'm still waiting on my cashback from Aliexpress orders made mid Nov last year. On top of this my Chemist warehouse cashback from last week didn't tract and I cant appeal it. I want the money owed then it's onto ignore list with them.

      i have 2 pending untracked as well, i wont be using them anymore until the can assure us they can be trusted and reliable.

      +1 have had items tracked, but under the wrong category with a considerably smaller cashback, filed a claim and still have not heard back in quite some time so for a new service this does not give me enough confidence to continue using it.

    • If its not just temu then I think the problem is on your end, TCB hasn't missed anything other than temu in my experience.

      • Yep. I originally had tracking unreliability via PC but since doing as i posted above its been perfect. Easily to change method than go down pc browser and extensions rabbit hole.

    • I’ve had similar thing when the cashback for Surfshark VPN appeared with reduced amount. I’ve been doing to conversations with their customer service but their replies are very slow and not coming to a conclusion. They keep putting standard terms in their reply without reading my messages. Very annoying

    Not sure about Temu but my Boost mobile purchase was not tracked. Raised a support ticket and it has been over a month and the status is still Topcashback preparing to send details to Boost mobile. No update.

    • Funny enough I just got approval for a claim that I had completely forgotten about for a purchase from Puma. It was from September 2024….

      Was looking back at my previous Temu claims though and they were actually approved pretty quick considering, just over 2 weeks.

    Purchased with PC twice didn't track. But the last two I used mobile and tracked.

    I have multiple orders, back from mid November that have had no update after the claim, aswell as some in December. The last one didnt track either. I think Topcashback should work on fixing this before making more deals, or at-least have a better system in place.

    Me too. i have 2 pending untracked few months ago, i wont be using them anymore until I've been paid for the last 2 transactions.

    • I don't mind waiting but I want some assurance. It will be too late to cancel the orders or return items I bought mostly due to the cashback.

    This is purchase bait as they never track. Bought 10 items at full price expecting 50% off and won’t track. Who knows if the claim will work. Avoid until Temu sorts tracking out

    Ozbargian must escalate that issue with TCB.

  • I have 1 x Confirmed and 2 x Pending Temu orders. They all tracked within a few days for me. All on PC.

  • If started order before and while ordering it expires will it track ?

  • Mine tracked last time and was showing as green and tracking when I paid but didn't end up tracking… What's the best course of action? Return and wait for next deal?
