To be eligible for this Offer, you must be an Australian resident, aged 18 years or over, you must join combined HCF hospital & extras cover (excluding Hospital Premium Gold and Hospital Optimal Gold cover, Corporate Hospital Premium Gold, and Overseas Visitors Health Cover) (Eligible Policy), you must start your Eligible Policy during the Offer Period and you must not have been an HCF member 2 months prior to taking out the Eligible Policy. If you're eligible, HCF will waive the 2-month waiting periods that apply to extras on your Eligible Policy. To be eligible for the six weeks free cover, you must also pay premiums for and maintain your Eligible Policy for 90 continuous days.     @Sanidhya Agarwal I joined the last time this deal was advertise back in October 2024 and was not credited my 6 weeks free, nor have I received any notification regarding the deal itself. I'm also close / at the 4 months mark and also no sign / indication of the CC. Also didn't get the advertised waiver of the 2 month waiting period.

      • Online via the affiliate link provided in the last deal, similar to this one. It takes you to a onebigswitch version of the HCF website and the deal advertisements were all on it.

  • I've never had PHI but if I did I'm pretty sure it would be with HCF. Thus this deal is pretty enticing… though @Ryugen 's experience doesn't instil much confidence

    By looking at the response from rep to @Ryugen's concern, I would stay away from this company as she gave a very generic answer rather than trying to resolve it.
