Portable 2 in 1 Type Laptop - Budget $3,000

I am looking to buy a 2 in1 type laptop that I can use as a tablet.

Mainly for office use with large Excel files at times being the only time it would get tested. Budget is flexible, just need something that is best in class and reliable. I do not game at all, maybe watch a movie / YouTube at times.

  I expect you're wanting a Windows machine, but a 13-inch iPad Air or Pro (+ keyboard/trackpad) would kill that assignment.

    I wouldn't be using an iPad for large excel files, I know Microsoft has improved the web version of excel but the Windows desktop version is still way better.

    Especially as the memory requirements can creep up there too with a big excel file.

      There’s an iPadOS version of MS Excel. Only making this suggestion on the off chance OP isn’t an Apple hater and doesn’t use complex worksheets as I get there may be limitations.

  $3000 would just bearly get a laptop for excel, youtube and movies.

  I generally find a glossy' screen to be quite unusable for working with text and numbers.

  Not that I'm in the market for a 2-in-1 but for any such portable device I start with screen and keyboard and then 'work' from there.
