Cashrewards Refer a Friend Shows Empty Page

When navigating to https://www.cashrewards.com.au/refer-a-friend (logged in) I get just the header and the footer nav, but no actual page content.

TrustPilot logo flashes briefly and disappears. Disabled all the adblockers, still same issue. Tried in FF & Chrome, no difference.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
