The red prices in the title probably should have been a dead giveaway that it isn't a free game.

      • i know… Everytime i see 'steam' or 'epic', i just think 'free'.

    • I thought it was a console for under $25

The save system and progression triggers sound way too frustrating

as someone with kids and minimal time
i tried playing on my rog ally z1 extreme

ran on low @ around 30-40fps..

but the need to finish a "drive" / run
      before it will save

has definitely killed my mood to play

      • but the need to finish a "drive" / run
        before it will save

My understanding is because the anomalies and storm generated in each run is randomly generated each time you enter the area, so it is roguelike in that sense and the game or save file cannot remember what is generated, where and when previously. It's pretty much the same with many other roguelikes where you cannot save while in the arena, or for some, until you experience a permanent death in game.

      • I tried to read this like a haiku.

    Specific Drive

    • Nar, I think it was renamed America Drive

  • Awesome game, quirky, unusual but really fun and rewarding. Recommended!

  • Couldn't get into it. Became too frustrated. Love the setting though
