If you use a Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credit to pay for purchase, the value of the Voucher or Promo will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

      No idea. Others might know. My guess is that it doesn't and that it's all done via web tracking. I know some people have posted that tracking has been a problem with Temu in the past. I recommend using the Shopback extension for your browser and make sure that all other extensions are OFF. Be sure to clear your cart as well. I also get rid of the entire wish list (unticked items in the cart) just to be safe. I copy and paste the links to the items in a notes file and then use that to get everything I want once clicking through to Temu from the Shopback site.

        Last December, copy paste links didn't work for tracking in my case. So, last January I just searched the exact same title of products (copy paste title) from the exact sellers that I'll buy, then successfully tracked. I used Chrome mobile browser.

          Good point. I should have elaborated more on what I did. I opened up all the links in a different browser (Safari), then copied and pasted the full title of the products into my purchasing browser (Chrome). The product you originally saved may not be the first that comes up in the search, but it also might help you to find a similar/same product for less.

      Then recently logged out from it and created a new account and got the new account cashback again

    Think it'd be worthwhile adding Temu applies a minimum spend ($40) - or is that only applied randomly by Temu? I would use this discount a lot more, but i struggle sometimes to buy enough knick-knacky things to add up to $40……
    Still, the discount provided by cashback is without min spend conditions, so i guess this is still a valid 'deal' from them.

      If it's not listed on Shopback's Temu page, then assume it isn't stackable. Read the Cashback Exclusions info above and on Shopback's Temu page. They very clearly state "This Cashback deal is not valid together with: Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption, Other loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated, Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on ShopBack.

      This is the reason you never see their rep come to assist. They know they are dodgy.

        I don’t know what happened in your case. I just know that if you return an item, or click on the “price adjustment” for your order, you may lose the cashback. Temu seems to offer the price adjustment like they know I got cashback. I’m not clicking on it though.

    Shopback should be banned from this website. Not only did the last one and Aliexpress not track, they denied the cashbacks even though proof was provided and all were valid. Topcashback at least honours the claims when they don't track. Edit: Middle finger to any downvotes of my comment. Scam company

          I agree. I used paypal to try and get around them spamming my usual email (I heard they sell your email to scammers) and the email connected with paypal is all of a sudden getting 2-3x as much spam emails, so that didn't work. I don't trust them and that 1st purchase will be my last. Shopback also didnt track it properly and when I tell them about it they just say it'll adjust to the correct value eventually when temu confrim it or some crap, even after I provided receipts/screenshots. I've never had this issue with other stores on shopback but if they screw me on my 50% cashback that I went for a couple weeks ago, I'll be ditching them for good and only using cashrewards/topcashback. The customer service was trash when I tried to get them to correct the tracking.

    Second about shop back. Also their support goes to Chatbot and never give option to contact email. Have to dig around old emails to work out their customer service number. Also had instances of no reply for 10+ days.

      Takes up to 2 days. I bought last night at 11pm. Nothing yet. Don't think I've ever had something with Shopback not track (although I've had an incorrect amount tracked). I took screenshots showing the extension as green and activated. Used my usual separate clean browser with no adguards or anything and only the Shopback extension being active.

    Tracked no problem. I don't see why people came so much it's honestly not hard. I daily adblock and privacy badger and still get tracking when I make cashback transactions. Shopback even pushes you into in-browser purchases via their app to make transaction like for Temu.
