Red Yeast Rice Brand Recommendations

Comments
Yes and some other health benefits.
I purchased Healthwise Koji8 Red Yeast Rice 150g. It is a 8:1 extract, serving suggestion is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon or 625mg-1250mg.
I will review the product here, I will try it for 1 month, I will record my cholesterol level before taking it, again 2 weeks in and then after 4 weeks.
I took a blood test on 16/02/25, TC 134, TG 136, HDL 35, LDL 71 before taking any RYR. I've taken a little bit over the past week and will get another test done before then end of the week because I need blood drawn for a liver function test (unrelated) and I read RYR can elevate liver enzymes so I'm not taking too much right now, I will start taking more after the test.
As can be seen, I have low HDL, TC is good, TG seems to be elevated, LDL is below average but still too high (reference link at end), I'm looking to raise my HDL, lower LDL and lower TG and I expect RYR will do that.
I will soon get a blood test for cholesterol, my liver function test came back fine, RYR didn't cause any problem. I will recommend this supplement, I can feel it's improved my blood circulation. The more I take the better I feel, started at 1/2 teaspoon with dinner, then moved on to 1 teaspoon with dinner. This week I've started taking 1/2 teaspoon with breakfast and 1 teaspoon with dinner.
If you have health problems, I can recommend RYR, it will make you will better by improving your circulation and removing the cholesterol out of your arteries and you can feel the difference when that starts to happen. Give it a few weeks.
Noob q but was it to lower cholesterol?
