    It has "Satisfaction Guaranteed" on the page, but when I went looking as to what that guarantee was all I found was a big "No Refunds Provided" in the policies page.

    Sounds like the guarantee I had as a kid, when I didn't like what was for dinner I was guaranteed to be told to shut up and eat it anyway.

      Also ice gel is automatically added so it's up to the customer to remember to remove it if they don't need it. Seems dodgy, I don't know of any other online store that adds stuff to my cart I didn't ask for, neg.
