I've had a 128GB storage phone for over two years and it's only at 57% capacity used, which is mostly downloaded media (music/YT, etc.).
Not everyone store loads of duplicate photos, videos and downloaded music on their devices. I will still choose 256GB iPhone over a 1TB android in 2025 and beyond. Have a decent data plan and have iCloud.
These cellular telephonic instruments are awfully expensive.
It sounds strange to buy a $2k phone outright from Costco. Doubly so when you consider a M3 Macbook Air is around 3/4 the price.
People spend 10+ hours per day on their phone. They dont do that with their TV, laptop, tablet etc
So getting the top of the range phone is not such a bad thing.
People have different priorities? I'd rather have a $2000 phone and $500 laptop than a $2000 laptop and a $500 phone.
