  • Seems some locations have price jacked and some haven't.

  • Accidentally stumbled across this in the app and made an order and came here to post. Nice one

  • Too far away it seems

  • Why isn't anywhere in Perth doing a flower discount lol? Everything I have seen over here is LUDICROUS in price.

  • Ordered some, they cancelled the pending charge and then charged me the full $50 price after it was delivered, $63~ total…

    • Same happened to me

    • Same here, $33 became $75… Can't even call UE and chat takes forever to respond.

  • Uber One not eligible?

  • I ordered and paid two days ago for $14, but they charged me $34 today!!! What the heck is his rubbish!!!??

    • Same thing happened to me. Checked bank account today $76 was deducted. Uber is asking for proof of the promotion. Not sure how to navigate that one.

      • +1

UE also asked me for proof.

I sent them a few screenshots:

        • Email from UE confirming the order with timestamp.
        • Email from Paypal showing payment of the original cost to UE with the same timestamp as above. (The UE confirmation of order does not show cost)
        • Screenshot from my bank app showing deduction of the original cost on the date of the purchase.
        • Screenshot from my bank app showing deduction of the new increased cost and refund of the original cost.

I ask them to explain to me why I was deducted the original amount if the price was not valid. If they argue price error or blame Harris Farm for increasing price, just say that if that was the case, they should have informed you in the first instance and sought concurrence before charging you at the higher amount. What they've done can be considered fraud.

After threatening to initiate a chargeback and reporting to ACCC for consumer fraud, the matter was escalated. In the end I received full refund plus $10 credit. The whole process took about a week.

Good luck if you do decide to pursuit further.
