    Not really. Also be careful with Amazon UK and Amazon US, plenty of horror stories of resealed products.

      Don't believe them, they are either people buying from amazon marketplace sellers or just outright lying to get a refund. Ive bought a tonne of pokemon cards directly from amazon AU and UK And never have I received anything other than factory sealed product.

        I agree, my cards were always sealed buying from UK and AU. There have been cases where they were slightly damaged but it was obvious it was due to transportation and nothing malicious.

        It does happen but not as often as you're lead to believe due to not many will leave a review when it doesn't happen. Had a Paldean Adventure Chest resealed plastic and the pikachu promo was removed from within and the Cards from the six included packs were Sword and Shield common cards.

        Last month I bought a crown zenith tin that had all 4 packs resealed.
        The packs were obviously tampered on the backside seal and when opened they had 2 code cards instead of 1 and were sitting in the pack in reverse (if you know what I mean, some sets like CZ have the cards facing the backside).
        Some cards were pretty scuffed too and to no surprise I had 0 'hits' (not that I am expecting an Arceus VStar every 4th pack but I would have been much less mad if the packs were tampered but there was somehow gold one in there lol)

        This is the first time I had been burned by amazon UK so blatantly (ignoring damaged boxes on arrival etc) but my point is that it's not 100%. I got it refunded immediately, but it did make me actually read the reviews (for AU recipients at least, which you can see on Amazon) going forward

      Yeah Amazon is reliable for me, only thing is they don't give af about bubblewrap or any real protection when posting. It'll arrive fine 90% of the time, otherwise they have the easiest returns of all time.
      Sometimes they even let you keep the damaged goods and refund you anyways

    2-3 months ago these wouldve been awful values for each pack. I usually went by the rule of good value is anything below $5 per pack. Post the all-time high boom, people just trynna get what they can lol.

      Yeah unfortunately this is like only a little below RRP for most of these. But with how much of a mess it is trying to find product, this is a decent option. Delivered free as well so you don't have to brawl a 40 y/o basement dweller for the stock

    I wouldn't pay more than $7 a pack if I was buying them on average. If you're picking up a single or two from EB for $8 it's not the end of the world but it's not ideal. Anything over EBgames prices is just a scam.

  I think the paldean fates and paradox rift etb are the best bets. That screamtail promo from the ETB has potential. And Paldean fates will be double this price by the end of the year, surprised the Amazon stock didn't sell out immediately - prob due to the limit per person?

  Honest question but is everyone here just for the speculation? Been playing the card game for like 10 years now and it seem like no one plays anymore yet they are bigger than ever. Most card shops in Sydney I have visited have stopped game nights and just told everyone is buying to collect these days?

  Getting harder and harder to find value. The Booster Bundles prices for Temporal, Twilight and Steller @ $44ish while not as cheap as previous deals, they are fairly valued.
