    There are a ton of different smart rings from ~$30 on AliExpress. Any will rely on how good the app is, so check the app reviews before even parting with your hard earned dollars.

      I think the majority of cheapo Aliexpress ones connect to the QRing app.

      I'm curious on what hardware is in there.

      Reddit seems to indicate R03 or R06.

      Was unable to find any confirmed case of Gadgetbridge connecting to it (if you want to avoid QRing)

    I saw this previously but then found out about cheap $30aud Colmi rings on Aliexpress. Really happy with mine so far as the measurements seem to be within reason of my Samsung watch 4.
    Main reason for getting was to occasionally wear a normal watch.

      Which one did you get? Thinking of getting a ring for sleep tracking and step counting mostly.

      At most the Kogan one has a 1 year warranty (and we all know how 'good' that is) to go for it lol (and a free sizing kit).

        I got the Colmi R06 for $16.19usd delivered incl taxes. Only issue was it was too big so ended up wearing on my non dominant hand thumb. Seems to work just as well and kind of a nice place to wear a ring.

      From what I understand, they are exactly the same except for the finish / styling - R02 is smooth, where R03 has some texture in the middle.

      That said, the product pages do claim that R02 has a slightly bigger battery (17mAh vs 15 mAh) :shrug:
