This is for a single large bunch of plants. They will mostly all be the same plant and is quite a large bunch like in the image.
Trimmings do not come with roots, however aquatic plants melt their roots when introduced into new substrates and it is in-fact recommended to trim roots before planting them. For this reason trimmings are no harder to plant or grow and allow us to give you a better price.

The picture, as stated in the description, is an example of some of the bunches you can get. The title is also not plural.
If you like I can change it to the second image, though i think it's quite clear.
@Brandingo: All I'm suggesting is that the picture and description should match, whether you change the picture or description, or leave it as it is, is entirely up to you. Ultimately I wouldn't have said anything if I thought it was clear.
