Had one of these. Broke it on the first use trying to make chip cuts with a potato
so its not ok
It's catch. Same as Kogan. Cheap.
….and NASTAYYY
puffinfresh said.. It's ok, but the hinge cracked! … so its not OK. even if its cheap.
I don't understand why they always make these choppers with plastic lids that flex. Surely a long metal frame (thats sturdy, and benefits from more leverage, so less need to jump up and down on them) would make them 10x better?
I would not recommend buy it. it is crap
How about the kettle? Cheaper to boil with gas?
Seeing as we have 2200w kettles in Australia, it will be faster and more cost effective than gas. However, microwaving only water you need is the most effecient and cost effective.
Why not only boil 1 cup of water in that case?
Came across this for the vision impaired but if you fill up your mug with cold water, then put that water in your kettle, you avoid ever overfilling your mug.
Most electric kettles indicate 2 cups minimum.
Is this milk frother better than $2.50 one?
No idea but they both seem to have good reviews. The Kmart one for $2.25 seems a little smaller.
Ikea one is $1.75
I have tried them all and Ikea has the best power out of all other sub $10 items.
I have the slicer. It's ok, but the hinge cracked; it's a relatively thin piece of plastic given the force it needs to handle when using it as a leverage for chopping an onion/potato etc.
