Anyone else participated in this promotion? Have you received you cashback. Terms and condition say 30 business days, but it's past that date since the claim was approved. Have emailed them, but still not reply for a week.

Yes posted in a used product. Very confident. The approval came through. I just haven't got the cashback in my account.

19 Dec 2024 - ApprovedAnd my old shaver was posted on 6 Dec and the Auspost tracking shows it as received a few days later. So the approval definitely came after for me.
@original15: They have finally responded after i sent them a second email. It's in the queue to be processed they say and the money should hit the account soon. Didn't address the outside of 30 business days.
