When they price beat for you, did they ask if you were a club member, then update the price and tell you to refresh the page? Or did they email you a custom link or something.
Applying the Linkt coupon after refreshing the page just removes the price beat price and I can't get it back
yes, its a crap process…. happened with me as well… they asked me to add to cart and the chat window vanished… So I opened the new chat window and at the same time refreshed my cart and it showed me the discount.
