I used Edge mobile browser in my android phone just for this deal. There are some settings that I have changed in the browser to ensure no problem with tracking. You can also use Chrome mobile browser for example as I used it previously.
What I did is login Paypal and TopCashback.de account in different tab but same browser. Then click the PureVPN link in TopCashback.de website and fill the form like email etc. I chose Paypal and paid straightaway. This will ensure better tracking success as I usually do it in short time by login Paypal in the same browser.
Tips for Edge mobile browser (similar with Chrome mobile browser):
Always remember to delete browsing data (all time for time range) to ensure that PureVPN think that you are a new customer and don't let them read your cookies data (similar with other browsers). To delete browsing data, tap Settings - Privacy, security and services - Delete browsing data - All Time for Time range. Then only tick:

I am not responsible for untracked transaction and withdrawal. Do this at your own risk … Previously I did the same with my Topcashback US account that has been deleted because of several PureVPN purchases in 2 days (I didn't know about the limit previously). I got refund from PureVPN (asked for refund). Then registered with a different email for new Topcashback US account to buy PureVPN 130% few months ago. I only put my Paypal email account and no other additional details, not even my name. My transaction has been confirmed. I am waiting for the withdrawal money in few days ;-)
Issue is if they implement 2FA via local country mobile phone number for withdrawals while you are waiting for cashback to confirm, your pretty much screwed
