Referral Problem with Spintel

Hello ive been with spintel for a while now and Ive used this site to get referrals so I can get discounts off my bill.

ive got 6. two brand new last month and spintel doesnt update my bill for referral credits. when I got my first , second and 3rd it did it straight away automatically. then nothing. i ask why and they say they just have been cancelled or deleted. but my referral page has not updated to remove those listings. I got two more last month and they say the same thing.

i dont understand how i can keep referring people and nothing changes. anyone else have this problem with spintel? how many referrals do you have on your account?

  • ive had a friend since 2024-05-24 that hasnt been applied yet. it still says on-going. and the support lady just said to me they need 2 more invoices before the credit can be applied. isnt that 60 days?

    message from support: "The other two referrals were activated last month. The remaining two referrals need to have three invocies before we can apply the credit."

    • You should direct them to that link and say the t&c only says 30 days to get your referral credit.

      • support says everyones cancelled their services yet on my refer a friend page it still says active status and duration is ongoing. weird.

          Can you confirm with your friends if they cancelled or not?
