ShopBack Westpac Lounge Click Through

I can't get a straight answer from ShopBack, so asking here:

When using the Westpac Lounge, do I need to:

1. Specifically go to the Westpac Lounge and click through there, or
2. Just simply click through ShopBack and use my Westpac card?
