Discount cinema tickets for 3D? (WA)

I am looking for some cheaper cinema tickets for 3D session of 'the Hobbit'?

I have found Optus, but that seems to be for standard 2D sessions only.
RAC the same. Both mention that it can't be used for upgrades to 3D sessions.

Just found one for $11.50 at http://spendless.net.au/medibank and they do mention 'valid for any session at any time' but I am just worried that it isn't…

    Hmzz. i guess we're all paying full price for 3D screenings …

    Previously I would get the Supersaver pack of ten at Hoyts and pay an extra few dollars for a 3D ticket. This was a couple years ago though.
